- This position is 5 months, with the option of extension, and the client is located in Concord, NH
Our direct client has a new opening for Desktop Support (718088).
Qualifications :
- Required 4 Years
- Experience troubleshooting & providing technical assistance for basic desktop laptop / hardware / software issues Required 4 Years
- Experience unpacking and staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment Required 4 Years
- Experience resolving customer / end-user issues Required 4 Years
- Experience maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in ALL interactions with customer base and internal / external teams Required 4 Years
- Experience provisioning equipment with Microsoft technology (SCCM) Highly desired
